Refund, Cancellation and Service Policy

At PongaPandit.Com, we strive to provide a transparent, reliable and customer-friendly experience for event ticket booking, event management and associated services. This Refund, Cancellation and Service Policy outlines the terms governing ticket purchases, cancellations, refunds and circumstances in which an event cannot be organised as scheduled.

1. General No-Refund Policy

Under normal circumstances, all tickets purchased through our platform are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Once a ticket has been booked and payment has been successfully processed, the purchaser shall not be entitled to claim a refund due to a change of personal plans, non-attendance, late arrival, change of preference or any other reason attributable to the purchaser.

Customers are advised to carefully review the event details, date, time, venue, ticket category, applicable charges and other relevant information before completing their purchase. Booking a ticket constitutes acceptance of the applicable terms and conditions.

2. Refunds in Case of Organiser’s Failure

In the event that the event organiser fails to organise or conduct the event, resulting in its cancellation without the event taking place, PongaPandit.Com shall be responsible for refunding only the commission or service charges actually retained by us, subject to verification of the booking and payment records.

Any refund shall be limited to the amount falling within our actual financial responsibility. Third-party charges, including payment gateway or transaction fees, convenience fees, bank charges, government levies, taxes and other statutory charges, wherever applicable and non-refundable, shall remain excluded from our refund obligation. Such amounts are subject to the respective third-party provider’s terms, applicable law and the actual charges incurred.

Where an event is organised through independent organisers, venues, performers, vendors or other service providers, their respective contractual obligations and liabilities shall be considered separately. PongaPandit.Com shall not automatically assume liability for amounts retained by third parties beyond our control.

General Conditions

All refund requests must include valid booking and payment details. Eligible refunds, if any, shall be processed after verification and within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law and payment-provider procedures.

This policy shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Nothing herein shall exclude or restrict any consumer right or statutory remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
